"TRAVERSING THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED"
It all started with an ambition— an ambition of following the footsteps of my father; to become a brave and dedicated policeman.
At the young age of nine, I knew what really my heart's desire, and it is to be a PNPA Cadet.
May 26, 2010, the day of my haunting catastrophe. My father who i looked up to, my dream motivator, my primary influencer, passed away.
the pain and agony that I felt due to the incident became my source of determination and perseverance to go after my dream.
But dream alone is not achievable, it requires preparation.
As part of the preparation, I involved myself in joining Boy Scout of the Philippines which made me a capable leader acquiring the basic leadership knowledge.

I also engaged myself in running positions for Supreme Student Governing bodies and participated in National Levels Science Quest competitions to develop wisdom and improve decision making capabilities.
​
I also joined the International Order of Demolay, a youth leadership organization that aims in molding young men to become leaders of the nation by enhancing their leadership skills and involvement in community relation programs.
through my preparations, by influence and dedication, I decided to undergo the process for the admission.
May 04, 2019, the day for the chosen few to accept the challenge of traversing the road less traveled, and to my dismay,

I was not one of those chosen few.
​
A point in my life then came wherein my faith and dedication were put to a test. I may not have been given the chance to accept the challenge of taking the road less traveled, but I was able to value life as it is, and it became a challenge of my conviction in trusting and believing in God.
Indeed, God's help is only a prayer away
On May 11, 2019, I took oath as one of the 46 reserved aspiring cadets who had persevered and had patiently waited to join the second Reception Rites for PNPA Class of 2023. Uncertain of what my cadetship holds, I have learned to conquer every fear and to exceed the limits that I never imagined I could be capable of overcoming.
This was not just a mere dream, but it was a calling to continue the footstep and commitment of my father to the Police service. The passion and desire were instilled in me to serve the country and my fellow countrymen.
Above all, I dedicate this success and achievement to my family, especially to my mother who never ceased to support and pray for me, and to our Almighty Savior who made all these accomplishments possible through His presence and guidance. This success is not for me but for His honor and glory.
I bring back all the Glory and Praise to God.
