POLICE MAJOR GENERAL ERIC ESCOSIO NOBLE is a proud member of the PMA TANGLAW-DIWA Class of 1992. In his more than three decades in the PNP, his service reputation bespeaks that of a man of public service. He has served various units and was a Chief of Police in Munai MPS, Lanao del Norte PPO as his first stint. He then became the Company Commander of the Albay Police Provincial Mobile Force Company; Chief of Police of Dasmariñas CPS before being part of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. Upon his return in 2011 he then became the Chief of Police of Meycauayan CPS, Bulacan PPO. He would later become the Acting Chief of Police Regional Office 1's Comptrollership Division before being entrusted the position as the Police Attache in the United States in 2017. Thereafter, he was the Provincial Director of Cebu Police Provincial Office and then joined the Command Group of Police Regional Office 3 as Deputy Regional Director for Operations and Administration respectively. He was the Executive Officer of the Directorate for Police Community Relations in 2020 before being designated as the Director of the Police Community Affairs and Development Group.
PMGEN ERIC ESCOSIO NOBLE is indeed a man of distinction, a public servant, and a great leader to his fellow countrymen. Now being entrusted with the task of steering the country's premier police higher education in the country as its 31st Director of the Philippine National Police Academy, one can only be ascertained that he has more to offer out of his love for God, country and people.

PMGEN NOBLE embodies the goodwill and moral fiber of a master mason through his humility and dedication to the police service. He serves as an example not only for the fraternal organization but also for the society as a whole.
As a member of the International Order of Demolay, a youth leadership organization that actively works to uphold the ideal of true brotherhood, it is an honor for me to receive guidance and mentorship from one of the true exemplars of refined men in the fraternity. We are much grateful to experience your leadership and no words can be equivalent to the dedication you expend in both police and public service. POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL PAUL MACASA SABULAO — the man behind the success of improving the law enforcement of the City of Santa Rosa, making it an outstanding City Police Station in the field of police community relations in the regional level year 2022, currently the Chief of Police of Santa Rosa City Police Station and also a master Mason of the Freemasonry. He was also the police officer who was able to kill a member of robbery-hold-up-group and awarded a recognition of the former Chief, Philippine National Police PGEN Ronald Dela Rosa and was given Glock 30 caliber 45 pistol as a reward of his courage and bravery. During that time, he was the Precinct Commander of MPD Station 9 and has contributed much achievement in the war against drugs in directives of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
Our 14-day station immersion at Santa Rosa City Police Station would not be this productive and successful without the aid and guidance of the Chief of Police itself, PLTCOL SABULAO. Rest assured that all the knowledge and true-to-life lessons imparted to us by him will be used and applied to our future endeavors as public safety officers.
