"The best future leaders will be those who believe in Him and make Him the center of their lives and careers." -John Maxwell

Religion gives people a sense of purpose and meaning in life[1], supports social stability and cohesion, serves as a social control mechanism, promotes psychological and physical well-being, and may motivate people to work for positive social change. One of the PNP's core values, "Maka-Diyos," is extremely important to all personnel. We will be able to see the positive side of every difficulty we encounter if we keep God at the center of our lives and include him in everything we do.

In line with the KASIMBAYANAN program of the Philippine National Police, which stands for "Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan"—a revitalized program that bridges the PNP to the religious sector and other faith-based organizations with the objective of achieving a more holistic and sustainable peace and security situation in the community—the Police Cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy took part in the involvement of nurturing their spiritual growth and God-centered moral values to attain and rise as future law enforcement officers committed to God, Country, and people.

As future law enforcers, we will encounter a variety of difficulties in our careers that will put our moral character and religious beliefs to the test. Every PNP member will find the right path by asking the Almighty God for assistance and direction. We should always keep doing the right thing, as well as knowing what is right because the best future leaders will be those who believe in Him and make Him the center of their lives and careers.
